Paper 31 Overview: The Corps of the Finality

The Corps of the Finality is a special group of beings who have completed their journey through the universe. There are seven different groups in this Corps, but the most important one is made up of humans who have gone through all levels of growth and reached Paradise. These groups work together in the universes under God's plan.

Though we know what finaliters do now, we don't fully know what they will do in the future. They may be preparing for work in the outer universes that are now being formed far beyond our current universe. The finaliters might help bring God's experience to these new places.

The Corps of Mortal Finaliters is where humans who have completed their spiritual journey go. There are also six other groups in the primary finaliter corps. These include Havona Natives, Gravity Messengers, Glorified Mortals, Adopted Seraphim, Glorified Material Sons, and Glorified Midway Creatures.

These six groups of glorified beings make up this special body that will last forever. We think we know what they will do in the future, but we aren't completely sure. They currently serve throughout the universes and help worlds that have reached a high level of development. Their future job is probably to work in the universes that are now forming in outer space.

Many Havona natives who teach in schools in the central universe become attached to ascending mortals. On Paradise, there is a list of Havona volunteers kept by an associate of Grandfanda. Today, millions of Havona natives are on this waiting list to join the Corps of Finality.

Havona natives must gain certain experiences with evolving beings to receive a fragment of the Universal Father's spirit. The Mortal Finaliter Corps has as permanent members only beings who have joined with the First Source and Center's spirit. Havona natives join the corps in the ratio of one native per thousand finaliters, and they take the same oath as others, becoming forever attached to the corps.

Gravity Messengers are always under the control of finaliters. All Gravity Messengers are under the exclusive jurisdiction of Grandfanda and are assigned only to the primary Corps of the Finality. They are invaluable to finaliters now and will be even more useful in the eternal future.

Gravity Messengers come from Divinington and are modified and personalized Adjusters. They are highly personal beings who are divine, intelligent, and understanding. They seem able to use all energies, circuits, and even gravity. Finaliters can't travel through time and space instantly, but they have these spirit beings who can help them do so.

Ascendant Adjuster-fused mortals make up most of the primary Corps of the Finality. Together with adopted and glorified seraphim, they usually make up 990 in each finaliter company. Mortals far outnumber seraphim in these groups.

Those on Uversa don't know the final destiny of ascendant mortals. These mortals currently live on Paradise and temporarily serve in the Corps of Light and Life. Their training must be preparing them for even greater tests and responsibilities in the future. Despite reaching Paradise and being sent back to work in local universes, they are still recorded as sixth-stage spirits, suggesting one more step remains in their career.

Many faithful seraphic guardians of mortals are allowed to go through the ascendant career with their human wards. Many of these guardian angels, after becoming Father fused, join their subjects in taking the finaliter oath of eternity. Angels who go through the ascending experience of mortal beings may share the destiny of human nature.

Angels can equally and eternally be included in this Corps of the Finality. Large numbers of the adopted and glorified seraphim are attached to the various nonmortal finaliter corps. This shows how angels who serve humans can eventually join them in eternal service.

There is a way for Adamic citizens of local systems to petition for release from permanent-citizenship status. If granted, they join the ascending pilgrims on the universe capitals and then proceed onward to Paradise and the Corps of the Finality. They can choose to begin the journey toward the Corps of Mortal Finaliters.

Certain Material Sons have partially failed in their mission as biological helpers, as Adam did on Urantia. Then they must take the natural course of the peoples of the realm, receive Adjusters, pass through death, and progress by faith through the ascendant journey. These Material Sons are not found in many finaliter companies, but when present, they are usually chosen as leaders.

On many planets, midway creatures are produced in large numbers. They rarely stay on their home world after it has reached a high level of development. Soon after, they are released from permanent-citizenship status and start the journey to Paradise.

The midway creatures from various universes differ greatly in origin and nature. But they are all destined for one of the Paradise finality corps. The secondary midwayers are all eventually Adjuster fused and are brought into the mortal corps. Many finaliter companies have one of these glorified beings in their group.

Every finaliter company has 999 permanent members who have taken the oath. The vacant place is filled by the chief of attached Evangels of Light assigned to any single mission. These beings are only temporary members of the corps.

Any celestial being assigned to the service of any finaliter corps is called an Evangel of Light. These beings don't take the finaliter oath and aren't permanently attached. This group may include any being needed for a temporary finaliter assignment. We don't know if these beings will be attached to the eternal mission of the corps.

Part of a perfected mortal's experience on Paradise as a finaliter is trying to understand more than one thousand groups of transcendental supercitizens of Paradise. These are beings with special attributes. In their association with these superpersonalities, the ascendant finaliters receive great help from many orders of transcendental ministers.

The entire order of Transcendentalers lives in the west of Paradise in a large area they exclusively occupy. In discussing Transcendentalers, we are limited by human understanding and by the rules governing these disclosures. These beings have nothing to do with the affairs of either Havona or the seven superuniverses, being concerned only with the higher administration of the master universe.

The Architects of the Master Universe are the governing corps of the Paradise Transcendentalers. This governing corps has 28,011 personalities with master minds, superb spirits, and special abilities. The senior Master Architect is the coordinating head of all Paradise intelligences below the level of Deity.

These Master Architects exist in seven levels. The first level has only one Architect who coordinates Paradise and its twenty-one worlds. The second level has three master planners for the billion perfect spheres of the central universe. The third level includes seven Master Architects of the seven superuniverses. The remaining levels have increasing numbers of Architects who may be planning the four future universes of outer space.

The senior Master Architect oversees the seven Corps of the Finality. These include the Corps of Mortal Finaliters, the Corps of Paradise Finaliters, and five other corps. Each of these destiny corps has a leader, and together they form the Supreme Council of Destiny on Paradise.

We believe that new and greater outer universes of inhabited worlds will come into being. These will be sublime material universes lacking only one important detail—the presence of actual finite experience in universal life. Evolutionary mortals are born on planets, pass through many stages, find God, reach Paradise, and join the Corps of the Finality. There they wait for their next assignment of universe service.
