Personalities of the Grand Universe
  • Summary

There are so many different types of living beings in the universe that it would be impossible to describe them all in detail. This paper presents two main classification systems used to organize the countless personalities living throughout the grand universe. The paper also discusses special groups like the courtesy colonies and the journey of ascending mortals.

These classifications help us understand how different beings relate to each other and their roles in the universe. The paper focuses most on the beings that humans might encounter during their journey after death, as they progress from their home worlds all the way to Paradise. This journey involves seven distinct stages of growth and development.

  • Introduction

The number of different types of beings in the grand universe is almost limitless and would overwhelm human imagination. This paper presents two basic ways to classify all these living beings. These classifications are not complete because not all groups have been revealed to us.

It is good that we don't have a complete revelation of all types of beings. Not knowing everything leaves room for creative thinking and imagination over the next thousand years. The paper will present the Paradise classification and a simplified version of the Uversa Personality Register.

  • 1. The Paradise Classification of Living Beings

On Paradise, living beings are grouped based on their relationship to the Paradise Deities. During gatherings in the central and superuniverses, beings are often grouped by their origin: those created by the Trinity, those with dual origin, and those with single origin. This classification system is difficult for human minds to understand.

The Paradise classification has seven main categories: Triune-Origin Beings, Dual-Origin Beings, Single-Origin Beings, Eventuated Transcendental Beings, Fragmented Entities of Deity, Superpersonal Beings, and Unclassified and Unrevealed Orders. Each category contains many different types of beings with different roles and purposes in the universe. This system helps organize the vast number of different personalities that exist.

  • 2. The Uversa Personality Register

The divine family of living beings is organized into seven grand divisions on Uversa. These divisions include: The Paradise Deities, The Supreme Spirits, The Trinity-origin Beings, The Sons of God, Personalities of the Infinite Spirit, The Universe Power Directors, and The Corps of Permanent Citizenship. This register helps track the countless types of will creatures.

The Uversa record also includes three composite personality groups: The Paradise Corps of the Finality, The Universe Aids, and The Seven Courtesy Colonies. The Personality Register focuses mainly on beings that mortals might encounter during their ascent to Paradise. It does not include many orders of universe beings that work separately from the mortal ascension plan.

  • 3. The Courtesy Colonies

The seven courtesy colonies stay on architectural spheres for varying lengths of time while carrying out their special missions. These colonies include Star Students who study astronomy, Celestial Artisans who create beauty, and Reversion Directors who help with relaxation and humor. Each colony serves an important purpose.

Other colonies include Extension-School Instructors who teach ascending beings, Various Reserve Corps who stand ready for special service, Student Visitors who come to learn, and Ascending Pilgrims who are progressing toward Paradise. These colonies can be found on headquarters worlds from local systems all the way up to the capitals of the superuniverses.

  • 4. The Ascending Mortals

Mortals who survive death pass through seven stages on their journey to Paradise. These stages include: Planetary Mortals living on their birth worlds, Sleeping Survivors waiting for resurrection, Mansion World Students learning after resurrection, Morontia Progressors advancing through transition worlds, Superuniverse Wards as accredited spirits, Havona Pilgrims receiving spiritual education, and Paradise Arrivals who have found God.

The story varies somewhat in different superuniverses, but this account gives a glimpse of the average plan for mortal progress in the local universe of Nebadon and in the superuniverse of Orvonton. This journey takes mortals from material beings to perfected spirits who join the Mortal Corps of the Finality, ready for their ultimate destiny in the universe.
