Paper 56 Overview: Universal Unity

God is unity and all parts of the universe are connected to each other. The different parts of creation may look separate, but they work together under God's control. All physical, intellectual, and spiritual parts of the universe are linked by divine planning.

Beings who can observe more of the universe can see how everything is connected in a master plan. There may seem to be problems or separation in the universe, but these are only seen because mortal minds cannot see the bigger picture. All creation shows God's single purpose.

God is unity, and Deity works together across the whole universe. The universe is one vast system controlled by one infinite mind. The physical, intellectual, and spiritual parts of creation are all connected, which allows finite creatures to ascend to Paradise as the Universal Father commanded.

The many levels of creation are unified by the Master Universe Architects. To limited mortal minds, the universe may seem to have problems and lack coordination. However, beings who can see more of the universe can detect the basic unity and divine oneness that covers all the different manifestations of creative energy.

The material creation is not infinite, but it is perfectly coordinated. All force, energy, and power come from one source. The seven superuniverses seem to be dual in nature, while the central universe is triune, but Paradise is of single form. Paradise is the actual source of all material universes in the past, present, and future.

The Unqualified Absolute supports the physical universe, while the Deity Absolute controls material reality. Both Absolutes are united by the Universal Absolute. This connection of the material universe is best understood by watching how gravity pulls all material reality toward Paradise. The Father's personality is absolutely unified.

The Thought-Father shows spirit expression in the Word-Son and expands reality through Paradise into the vast material universes. The Eternal Son's spiritual expressions are linked to material creation through the Infinite Spirit's work. The spirit realities of Deity and the material effects of Deity are connected to each other.

Mind comes from the Infinite Spirit and has unlimited potential. It is given universally to all beings. The Universal Father's first thought becomes eternal in two forms: the Isle of Paradise and the Eternal Son. This duality makes the Infinite Spirit, the mind God, necessary. Mind is the essential channel of communication between spiritual and material realities.

Just as the universal mind gravity is centered in the Infinite Spirit on Paradise, the universal spirit gravity is centered in the Eternal Son on Paradise. The Universal Father is one, but in time and space, he is revealed in the two forms of pure energy and pure spirit. Paradise spirit realities are also one but appear in different forms throughout time and space.

No matter where you find spiritual phenomena or meet spirit beings, you can know they all come from God who is spirit. This widespread spirit works on evolving worlds through local universe headquarters. From these Creator Sons' capitals come the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of Truth, along with the adjutant mind-spirits, to the lower levels of material minds.

The Universal Father is a divinely unified personality. All his ascending children who reach Paradise will also be fully unified personalities. Personality naturally works to unify all its parts. The infinite personality of the Universal Father unifies all seven Absolutes of Infinity.

The personality of mortal humans comes directly from the Universal Father and has the ability to unify the different parts of the mortal creature. God is the source of all personality. Through the personality circuit, creature personality maintains direct contact with the Father of all personality on Paradise. God is one, your Father and their Father.

The oneness of Paradise Deity is absolute and eternal. There are three eternal persons of Deity - the Universal Father, the Eternal Son, and the Infinite Spirit. In the Paradise Trinity, they are truly one Deity, undivided and indivisible. From the original Paradise-Havona level, two lower levels have developed.

Deity currently works in the superuniverses through the Supreme Creators - the local universe Creator Sons and Spirits, the superuniverse Ancients of Days, and the Seven Master Spirits of Paradise. These beings make up the first three levels of God the Sevenfold leading to the Universal Father. On Paradise and in the central universe, Deity unity is a fact that exists naturally. Throughout the evolving universes of time and space, Deity unity is something that must be achieved.

When the three eternal persons of Deity function as undivided Deity in the Paradise Trinity, they achieve perfect unity. Their Paradise offspring also show this unity of divinity. The Supreme Creators and Rulers in time and space produce a unifying power that leads to a reality tension that can only be resolved by unification with the experiential personality realities of experiential Deity.

The personality realities of the Supreme Being come from the Paradise Deities and unite with the power of the Almighty Supreme. Material creatures of the evolutionary worlds can understand Deity unity only as it evolves in the power-personality synthesis of the Supreme Being. Humans must recognize truth, appreciate beauty, and worship goodness to develop recognition of a God of love and progress to understanding the Supreme.

As evolution progresses in the time-space universes, Deity is increasingly revealed to all intelligent creatures. Each local achievement of evolutionary progress leads to new revelations of Deity to all other parts of creation. Every new area of realized and achieved evolution creates a new and expanded revelation of experiential Deity to the universe of universes.

As a local universe settles in light and life, God the Sevenfold is increasingly revealed. Evolution begins on a planet with the Creator Son-Creative Spirit association in control. When a system settles in light and life, this Son-Spirit connection reaches full function. As ascending mortals pass through the worlds of the sixth Havona circuit, they begin to realize God the Supreme.

The Supreme Being has three functions in mortal experience. First, he unifies time-space divinity as God the Sevenfold. Second, he is the most Deity that finite creatures can actually understand. Third, he is mortal man's only way to approach the transcendental experience of connecting with absonite mind, eternal spirit, and Paradise personality.

Finaliters were born in local universes, grew in the superuniverses, and were trained in the central universe. They understand time-space divinity of God the Sevenfold unifying in the Supreme. Through the Thought Adjusters, finaliters find the Universal Father. It is by these experiences that finaliters come to know the Supreme Being, and they are destined to serve and reveal this Supreme Deity in future outer universes.

The Unqualified Absolute and the Deity Absolute are unified in the Universal Absolute. The Absolutes are coordinated in the Ultimate, conditioned in the Supreme, and modified in time-space by God the Sevenfold. On lower-than-infinite levels, there are three Absolutes, but in infinity, they appear to be one. On Paradise, there are three persons of Deity, but in the Trinity, they are one.

The main philosophical question of the master universe is whether the Absolute existed before the Trinity, or the Trinity before the Absolute. On this question, creature minds conclude that the Paradise Trinity is the source of reality. The Universal Father is discernible on all levels from the finite to the infinite. Only the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit know him as an infinity.

As worlds settle in life and light and progress from the first stage to the seventh, they seek to understand God the Sevenfold. Throughout the continuing seventh stage, progressing mortals grow in knowledge of God the Supreme, while they begin to sense the reality of God the Ultimate. The main pursuit of these advancing mortals is to better understand truth, beauty, and goodness.

Philosophy is somewhat understood, and divinity is comprehended in worship, social service, and personal spiritual experience. Beauty, art, is largely about unifying contrasts. The supreme beauty is the drama of unifying Creator and creature. Truth is the basis of science and philosophy. Beauty sponsors art, music, and rhythms of experience. Goodness relates to ethics, morality, and religion. Love is man's perception of God as his spirit Father.
