The Havona natives originate exclusively from the Paradise Trinity, existing without creature parents and functioning as non-reproducing beings. They transcend temporal concepts; to describe their creation is to "time-space" an eternity fact that bears no relation to mortal comprehension of beginnings. These beings inhabit the billion central spheres in the same sense that other permanent citizens dwell on their respective nativity spheres, potentially considered "material" in the expanded sense that the word could describe the physical realities of the divine universe. Havoners conduct a life native to Havona with significance independent of either Paradise or the superuniverses.

While the worship of evolutionary faith sons satisfies the Universal Father's love, the exalted adoration of Havona creatures fulfills the perfect ideals of divine beauty and truth. Beyond natives, Havona houses numerous pattern beings serving as archetypes for various universe groups, along with those who have attained the Universal Father and candidates for Paradise residence who have physically reached the central universe but await further spiritual development.

The ascension to Paradise encompasses a progressive journey through multiple phases of existence: a brief, intense material life on evolutionary worlds like Urantia; morontia progression through mansion worlds, system, constellation, and local universe; true spirit development on superuniverse training worlds; and finally, intellectual, spiritual, and experiential attainment across the seven circuits of Havona. Each world in every circuit presents specific tasks requiring accomplishment that contribute to spiritual growth, personality development, and prepare the soul for subsequent advancement and ultimate Paradise attainment.

For the Universal Father, Havona provides supreme parental satisfaction through the perfection of central creation and the adoration of perfect creatures, offering love satiety on near-equality levels and compensating for the time-space delay of infinite expansion. The Eternal Son finds in Havona proof of the divine family's effectiveness, an arena for demonstrating spirit power, and the foundation for spirit-gravity control throughout the universe of universes. The Infinite Spirit utilizes Havona as proof of being the Conjoint Actor, a venue for demonstrating mercy ministry, and a laboratory for mind creation and administration. For the Supreme Being, Havona serves as eternal proof of his spiritual reality before the power-personality synthesis in experiential universes and exemplifies the future-eternal unity and universality potential of the Supreme.

Creator Sons employ Havona as an educational training ground and pattern for their own universe creations, while the Co-ordinate Ministering Daughters (Universe Mother Spirits) receive prepersonal training there in preparation for co-creation of local universes. Finally, for evolutionary mortals, Havona provides the pattern personality for every mortal type, the stimulus for achieving true spirit values, and the pre-Paradise training goal where mortals attain pre-Paradise Deity in the Supreme Being. Havona will likely continue to function with absonite significance in future universe ages, serving as a training universe for superfinite beings and potentially as a finishing school for graduates of outer space, with potentials that appear truly unlimited in scope and eternal in capacity.
